The Gunners, Community shield winners and through to the group stages of the Champions league, have picked up four points from two games so far with their hosts managing just one point to date following a tricky opening few weeks with games at Everton and Chelsea.
The Foxes went down 2-0 away to Chelsea last weekend and followed up that result with a surprise 1-0 defeat to Shrewsbury in the Capital One Cup.
That midweek result means that Leicester have yet to taste success in a competitive game so far this season with their only result ending in a 2-2 draw with Everton.
Nigel Pearson is set to be handed a welcome boost for the game with midfielder Danny Drinkwater back in the squad following a hamstring injury and Jamie Vardy expected to join him.
Summer signing Matthew Upson misses out with a foot injury while Matty James will also sit the game out.
Arsenal are undefeated after two games of the season after following up their narrow opening day win over Crystal Palace with a come-from-behind draw away to Everton.
The point at Everton came at a cost however with Olivier Giroud picking up an ankle injury that will rule him until 2015.
Also missing for the Gunners on Sunday are Kieran Gibbs (hamstring) and Mikel Arteta however Aaron Ramsey will be available and fresh after he missed the midweek Champions league win over Besiktas through suspension.
Back up keeper David Ospina should return after a hamstring injury.
Leicester vs. Arsenal Prediction
The form guide would appear to favour the Gunners in this clash. Leicester have won just once in their last 16 games against Arsenal with the Gunners winning 10 of those encounters.
The Foxes last win against their more illustrious visitors came in 1994 while the last time they met in the top flight the game at the Walkers Stadium ended 1-1 back in 2003, with Arsenal winning at home 2-1.
This game has goals in it with only one goal-less clash, a 0-0 back in 2001, in their last 8 games.
