The Gunners are reportedly keen on bringing the Paris Saint-Germain striker to The Emirates and could offer the French outfit a lot of money for that.
According to reports, PSG manager, Laurent Blanc has grown tired of his strained relationship with striker Edinson Cavani and is prepared to listen to offers for the Uruguay international who is clearly unhappy over the manager’s preference for Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Since joining the Ligue 1 giants a few years back, Cavani has been unable to produce the form that made him such a huge star in the Serie A with Napoli and part of the reason behind this is that the player has played out of position in most games.
And now, Cavani has apparently been told to pack his bags with Arsenal looking to take full advantage of the situation as soon as the January transfer window opens.
Reports claim that Arsene Wenger is willing to pay Les Parisiens 50 million pounds for the South American striker who is also keen on testing his luck elsewhere and at a club where is allowed to play as a central striker and not as a second fiddle to another player.
And although Wenger has made it a priority to sign a defender and a defensive midfielder, the Frenchman might not let such a big chance go begging.
