Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger has been handed a huge boost after star winger, Theo Walcott agreed to sign a contract extension that will keep him at the Emirates for a long time.
Signed from Southampton a few years ago, Walcott has slowly become one of the most consistent performers for Gunners in the last couple of seasons and despite constant injury worries, is a player Wenger does not want to lose at any cost. Along with the likes of Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Ozil, Olivier Giroud and Alexis Sanchez, he forms an attacking pack for the Gunners which can really take on the Premier League in style next season if all these players are in great shape.
The 26 year old is currently on national team duty with England and is also keen on signing the extension as soon as possible.
The news is likely to disappoint Jose Mourinho since the Chelsea boss really wanted to sign the Englishman this summer.
