The Gunners manager says that he is still considering bringing a few more players to the Emirates if the right terms can be agreed with the targets
Arsenal have not really made a lot of sounds in the summer transfer window so far but it appears that the London giants might be looking at the possibility of bringing in a few really top quality players so that when injuries and match fitness hit the squad, they do not impeded the club’s progress during the season.
While speaking to reporters, Wenger says that he will be looking to sign a few players before preseason.
The prof said, “If we can still add some quality, we will do it.
“We lost (Mesut) Ozil and (Olivier) Giroud for long periods last year and they contributed a lot in the second half of the season. Let’s hope all these players will be fit and available.
“The best way to strengthen other areas of the team is to get the players who did not play a lot last year and keep them fit.”
