The young defender was offered a chance to continue his career with the Gunners but has chosen to move to the other side of London
The 17 year old has represented Arsenal at numerous age groups over the years and was a regular feature for the Under 21 side last season. However, despite showing a lot of potential, the youngster was never really going to push for a place in the senior side and chose to join the club he supported ever since he was a kid.
The youngster says that he is really looking forward to be a Hammers player and although he will be playing for the Under 21 side, is confident that under the tutelage of Terry Westley, he will further his development.
“I had a great ten-years with Arsenal and they helped me as a footballer and as a person. But the time is right to move and I cannot wait to get started.
“Terry Westley is a great guy and has shown a lot of interest in me. That is really important for a young person and I am looking forward to working under him.”
