Premier League outfit Arsenal are looking to secure the services of VIllareal’s Bruno Soriano in the defensive midfield. The captain has been linked with a move to Emirates for some time now.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is interested in bringing a new face to midfield and Villareal captain seems a good fit for the position in the defensive midfield. His release clause stating £22m for the player might not be a problem for the Frenchman either.
However, given the history at the London-based club, Wenger may have to hurry as normally their bids are hijacked by their league opponents. Given the current status of Jose Mourinho mind set, Arsenal’s city rivals are currently on a vengeance against every premier club. They are stealing everything that breathes.
Wenger has already lost the Karim Benzema option in the strike to a late decision making and now the Frenchman is staying at Real Madrid for the next three years. To avoid the same fate with Soriano deal he might have to make a quick decision.
