The Arsenal manager feels that the Chile international will get even better after a fantastic debut campaign with the Gunners last term
The former Barcelona man scored 24 goals in his first season in top flight English football and according to his manager, the forward will only get better with time ahead of Monday night’s game against Liverpool.
Wenger says that Sanchez is already better than when he first arrived in London and says that he is a very incisive player for the team.
“He is already better than when he arrived,” said the Frenchman. “In his final finishing there is room for improvement, in his final ball he is already much better, his vision is quite good and incisive.
“He has that desire to go forward and provoke. He is a guy who provokes chaos in the defences because he has a go at you.
“He does not go across, he goes straight. His desire to go forward, to provoke opponents, to run at people, creates danger.”
