Eintracht Frankfurt vs. Bayern Munich Live Streaming: Watch Bundesliga Online

Bayern Munich will shift their focus back to domestic domination following their midweek Champions league exploits.

Pep Guardiola’s side secured their passage into the next phase of the tournament with a comfortable 2-0 win over Roma however the result was quickly forgotten as thoughts switched to the clash with 12th place Eintracht Frankfurt.

Bayern have made a strong start to in the Bundesliga, winning 7 and drawing 3 of their opening 10 games. Last time they ran out 2-1 winners against their close rivals Borussia Dortmund. Bayern boasts an impressive recent record against Frankfurt racking up four successive wins without the concession of a goal.

That run of wins would appear set to continue this weekend especially as Frankfurt head into the clash on the back of three straight defeats. Since a 3-2 win over Koln in round 7, the club have lost to Hannover, Stuggart and Paderborn with 9 goals conceded in the process.

The club has the third worst defensive record in the league, something that Bayern, as the league’s top scorers with 23 goals, will be out to exploit. Frankfurt do however have a good goals for count with the club averaging 1.7 goals a game, the joint third best in the league.

Alexander Meier is their top scorer with 6 goals, the same number as Mario Gotze has scored for Bayern. Meier has scored four in his last four games to move alongside Gotze at the top of the goal scoring charts.

However while Frankfurt will be hoping that Meier can bring his A game to the clash, Bayern have plenty of weapons capable of breaking down opponents. In addition to the six goals Gotze has scored, they also have Robert Lewandowksi on five for the season while Franck Ribery put this injury troubles behind midweek to mastermind the win over a stubborn Roma side.

The return of Arjen Robben this weekend will only add to the attacking options available. It’s not all plain sailing in Bavaria with Bastian Schweinsteiger, Thiago Alcantara, David Alaba and Pepe Reina all out injured.
