Paddy Power have announced they are offering free bets worth £250/€250 to customers to spend on any Champions League fixture tonight!
All three wins have come in front of their home fans and having beaten Wednesday’s opponents 3-0 away in their opening game, City fans will be hopeful of another goal rush.
City are virtually guaranteed a place in the knock out stages and a win or draw against their Czech visitors would confirm their name in the hat for the first time.
With history beckoning, manager Manuel Pellegrini is likely to ring the changes to his line up having already confirmed that Joe Hart would start the game.
Speaking after the win over Spurs, manager Manuel Pellegrini confirmed the England International would make his first appearance since October, telling reporters “Joe Hart will play on Wednesday,”
Hart will replace Romania keeper Costel Pantilimon who has performed well in his place with third clean sheets in his five outings.
Pellegrini may also decide to rest inform duo Sergio Aguero and Alvaro Negredo.
The pair have scored 25 goals between them in all competitions this season and they will fancy their chances of adding to that tally if selected for the game against the group’s whipping boys.
Aguero was hailed as one the best in the world by his manager with the Chilean also praising his strike partner Alvaro Negredo.
“I’ve known Alvaro Negredo for eight years, that’s why he’s here, he’s a perfect player for the Premier League,” said Pellegrini.
“He likes the way the team plays, he’s a very important player. The way the team plays is very comfortable for him.
“And he plays alongside ‘Kun’ Aguero, that’s easy, because I think that ‘Kun’, Messi and Ronaldo are the three best players in the world.”
Although with a busy December looming it is likely that the pair will be rested meaning Edin Dzeko will get a rare start.
Vincent Kompany has resumed training but unlikely to feature while Micah Richards, Javi Garcia, James Milner and Joleon Lescott will all hope to start after being on the bench for the game with Spurs.
