Bolton have yet to claim their first win of the season after draws with Burnley and Reading was followed by a dismal 3-0 away to early season table toppers Nottingham Forest.

Dougie Freedman will be hoping that his side can bounce back and get their season on track.

The former Crystal Palace manager is set to hand a recall to Jermaine Beckford and while he will have to do without the suspended Darren Pratley Freedman is sweating over the fitness of Chris Eagles and David Ngog.

Eagles has been out of with an ankle injury suffered in the opening game of season whilst Ngog is recovering from a bout if illness that side-lined him prior to the clash with Nottingham Forest.

Both players trained during the week and the Scot is hopeful they will play some part, telling the club’s official website “David has done a little bit of running today (Thursday) and we’ll see how he feels throughout the course of tomorrow.” the manager said.

“We need to make sure he is fully hydrated and ready to go if things are okay in the run up to the game.

“Chris Eagles has done some very light work today. At this moment we’re looking at a 50-50 chance.

“Right now we’re having a bit of a difficult time in terms of the injuries we’re getting and the teams we’re coming up against.

The club are chasing new faces with reports emerging that the club were in talks with Leeds over a swap deal involving Matt Mills and Lee Peltier. Mills has struggled since joining the club from Leicester and looks set to leave with his former team-mate moving as part of the deal.

QPR are unbeaten in their opening three games, winning 2 and drawing 1. Harry Redknapp’s side beat Ipswich 1-0 last time out thanks to Tom Hitchcock’s 90th minute goal.

Jermaine Jenas and Gary O’Neill will be hoping to start after featuring as second half substitutes last weekend.
