The Owls will be full of confidence after their midweek 1-0 win over Burnley in the Capital One cup, although the fact that they have yet to win at home in the league this season after draws with Derby and Millwall could play into Forest’s hands.

Second place Watford bounced back from their match-day two defeat to Norwich with wins over Rotherham and Leeds and they will hope for a hat-trick of wins at home to Huddersfield this weekend.

Third place Norwich will have taken a lot of confidence from their 1-0 Norfolk derby win over Ipswich when they take on fading Bournemouth while Charlton’s fine start will be put to the test against improving Brighton.

Just outside the top 6, Derby and Cardiff face the respective talents of Ipswich and bottom of the table Fulham.

Another winless side, Blackpool face a Millwall side that lost their first game of the season last time out going down 1-0 at home to Rotherham. Blackpool have proved spirited so far this season going by down by a goal in each of their games.

Under pressure Dave Hockaday will put his job on the line when his side take on Bolton. The Leeds manager has overseen four defeats in his opening 6 games, the most recent one coming midweek in the Capital One cup to Bradford.

Elsewhere Middlesbrough take on Reading, Brentford travel to Rotherham, high flying Wolves welcome Blackburn to Molineaux and Wigan, fresh from their first win of the season last time out, face Birmingham.
