“I do not know if I am going to leave Ajax. We”ll find out in two weeks. There are to my knowledge no negotiations right now either with a new club or Ajax. If there is a good approach (from another club), I see as an opportunity to try something new, but if nothing comes, I do not mind staying.”
Negotiations have begun in the mean time and with Eriksen entering the last year of his contract at Ajax the club will hope to recoup some money on a player who has drawn interest from throughout Europe over the last snumber of seasons as he impressed in the Champions League and Eredivisie since the age of 18.
Tottenham have also made enquiries about signing forward Hulk from Zenit St Petersburg but the players managers have warned the club off any possibility of signing the Brazilian despite his turbulent time at the club since joining from Porto last year.
