Loic Remy on radar again as club comes in

Loic Remy has attracted plenty of interest the last few weeks as it emerged that Roman Abramovich and Jose Mourinho were looking to offload the French international.

The Daily Mirror today reports that Swansea are another interested party, who are prepared to make an official bid as Remy looks for a move away from Stamford Bridge.

Boss Garry Monk is still looking for more cover to fill the void left by Wilfred Bony’s move to Manchester City, and Remy could be the perfect fit to partner Bafetemi Gomis up front.

The only stumbling block could be the rumoured £80,000 a week wages, which would make the striker one of Swansea’s highest paid stars.
