Roma director flies to England for Chelsea star

According to reports, Walter Sabatini has flown to London in a bid to negotiate terms with Chelsea over a move for Mohamed Salah

The Egyptian international clearly does not want to stay with Chelsea and also does not want to return to Fiorentina where he played during the second half of last season. And although reports claim that the former Basel man is more interested in signing for Internazionale, Sabatini believes that the allure of playing in the Champions League next season might convince the playmaker into signing a long term contract with Rudi Garcia’s side.

Moreover, Salah is also tempted by the prospect of playing in the Champions League next season and may give in.

Apart from agreeing a deal for Salah, Sabatini is also expected to deal with the likes of West Ham for Mattia Destro and with Manchester City for the signature of Eden Dzeko who will reportedly cost Giallorossi around 30 million euros.
