Mourinho takes a last stab at Pedro deal

Chelsea tactician Jose Mourinho is expected to make a last minute attempt at derailing Manchester United’s move to land Pedro at Old Trafford.

The Portuguese might be working this completely out of spite as he has been paranoid about Everton FC’s John Stones and all that surrounds him. With the thoughts that both Manchester United and City are head butting together to sabotage his attempts to bring the English international to Stamford Bridge he has made a move to disrupt United’s Pedro deal.

The Red Devil’s chief strategist Louis Van Gaal has talked personally with Pedro to move to the Red side of Manchester and he has agreed. Vice Chairman Edward Woodward has flown to Barcelona to make the final arrangements for his travel to England.

It seems that Pedro deal is only hours behind from being finalized and Mourinho’s attempt to destroy it might go to waste. However, the Blues owner Roman Abramovich has given the manager a green signal for a forward, a midfielder and a defender. So it can be expected that even if the Pedro attempt is just a hoax the Stones deal might still be on cards.
