Chelsea’s interest in Pogba intensifies.

Reports in Italy are circulating that Chelsea’s bid of £54m has been rejected by Juventus for their star player Pogba. Despite the clear stance from Juventus that the player is not for sale, the English Champions have not given up hope.

Barcelona, who have assessed the option to buy the 22 year old next summer with the valuation set at a staggering £73m, according to multiple reports, has forced Chelsea into a corner too.

When Mourinho was quizzed about Pogba’s interest, he replied in his assertive arrogance which is thoroughly enjoyed across the world, “I know [Massimiliano] Allegri was all summer speaking about Oscar and Ramires, but I won’t do that.”

Cuadrado has already seen himself land at Juventus on a loan deal is assumed to be a gesture of good will from Chelsea with inevitable hope to land Pogba in return. Meanwhile, Juventus contacted Alex Witsel’s agent during the week in case if Pogba does end up leaving.

With numbered days remaining in the transfer window, it looks promising for Chelsea.
