Schneiderlin was shown his fifth yellow of the season against Sheffield United, whilst Tadic has been ruled out through injury.
Koeman claimed both Graziano Pelle and Steven Davis are both doubts for the game, with his squad stretched to the limit.
Mirallas has been ruled out of the match, after he suffered an ankle injury late on against QPR on Monday.
Gareth Barry is expected to take his place, after the midfielder sat out through suspension.
The move will see Ross Barkley pushed further up the pitch, in support of an out of form Romelu Lukaku.
