Cristiano Ronaldo returned to the Real line-up midweek scoring in the 2-0 win over the Danish side and the Portuguese forward is likely to retain his place in the line-up alongside fellow attackers Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema with Isco battling with Angel di Maria for the final place.

Diego Lopez will hope to return despite Iker Casillas keeping two clean sheets in his recent outings however Raphael Varane, Fabio Coentrao and Sami Khedira are all out.

Osasuna meanwhile are currently 16th in La Liga after winning just four of their 15 games to date and have lost three of their four games.

The club came from 3-0 down to draw 3-3 with Malaga in their last outing in the Copa Del Rey with Roberto Torres, Manuel and Emiliano Armenteros all scoring.

Coach Javi Gracia will be without the suspended Patxi Punal following the influential midfielders red card against Valencia in their last league outing.
