Fabio Borini has been deemed surplus to requirements by Brendan Rodgers’ side following the arrival of Christian Benteke but the Italian is not short on options
According to various media outlets, Italy international, Fabio Borini may not remain club-less by the end of the summer transfer window with reports claiming that the former AS Roma striker is attracting interest from a host of Italian and low end Premier League outfits.
Reports claim that newly promoted Italian Serie A outfit Carpi are keen on signing the young striker who struggled to nail down a regular starting spot with Liverpool last season. A move to Stadio Sandro Cabassi will help the player stay in contention for a place in the European Championship in France next year but the Modena based club faces a fight for the player’s signature since the likes of Fiorentina and Lazio are also keeping tabs on the player.
Moreover, Aston Villa and Leicester City are also interested in the striker who is definitely spoiled for choice at the moment.
