Manchester United will be looking to extend their winning streak to seven when they visit Aston Villa on Saturday, with their Midlands opponents reeling from a variety of off field problems.
The Villa lost for the first time in six matches last weekend, going down to a narrow defeat at their Midlands rivals West Brom – Kieran Richardson was dismissed early on for a poor challenge on Stephane Sessegnon and they always faced an uphill task from there.

Craig Gardner scored the winner late on for West Brom, with his first goal for the Baggies coming against his former side.
Manchester United beat Liverpool 3-0, however their goalkeeper David de Gea was man of the match.
Wayne Rooney opened the scoring, before Juan Mata’s header made it 2-0 with half-time approaching. Early in the second half De Gea did superbly to deny both Raheem Sterling and Mario Balotelli, with Robin van Persie adding a late third.
United have won the last seven meetings between the two including both games last season.
Tom Cleverley, now on loan at Villa, scored for United in a comfortable 3-0 victory in last season’s meeting.
Alan Hutton is suspended for the match, following his fifth yellow card of the season in the defeat at West Brom.
Cleverley is ineligible to face his parent club, whilst Richardson starts the first of his three game ban.
Captain Ron Vlaar looks set to return to the defence and will partner the impressive Jonas Okore, with Matt Lowton at right-back.
Manchester United may keep faith with the same three at the back formation that beat Liverpool last time out.
Radamel Falcao will be hoping to start for the first time since early October, with James Wilson’s place in the side in doubt.
Angel Di Maria looks set to miss out again, with Antonio Valencia and Ashley Young likely to be deployed from wing back.
