According to reports, Manchester United are set to offer Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco 14 million euros in order to acquire the signature of Brazilian right back Fabinho.
The youngster is widely considered as one of the best full backs in the country and following some truly inspiring displays for the Monegasques last season, has turned quite a few heads including those at Old Trafford. Louis van Gaal is desperate to find a solid right back for next season with Rafael’s constant injury worries and Phil Jones’ odd positional dilemma and feels that Fabinho could be a really great solution to his problem.
And, with the club having already dealt with Monaco last season when they brought Radamel Falcao on loan, Red Devils are confident that they can sign the young Brazilian as well.
Moreover, the youngster is also keen on making the next move in his playing career and strongly believes that playing in England will only further his development.
