The legendary Chelsea striker says that during his playing career, he always found it hard to get the better of Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic and Carles Puyol
After being released by Chelsea this summer, former Ivory Coast international, Didier Drgoba is now contemplating the next move in his playing career. And although he has a lot of options to choose from, the former Galatasaray striker is willing to take his time.
Speaking in an interview to Rio Ferdinand, he Drogba admitted that the Englishman and his defensive partner at Manchester United, Nemanja Vidic were perhaps the toughest opponents he has faced.
“I’ve always said you and Vidic.”
“People say I scored a few goals against Manchester United. I would say when I was scoring against Manchester United I was really, really happy because I didn’t score much. For me to score against you guys means that I had a good game.”
