The former Barcelona number 1 has been hotly linked with a move to Antalyaspor but the player’s agent says that his client does not want to leave the club
The Spain international really wants to stay at Old Trafford for next season and has dismissed rumours that he wants to leave Manchester for the Turkish high flyers who have spent quite a lot of money on new recruits this summer.
The player’s agent, Gines Carvajal said that Antalyaspor never really approached him regarding the possibility of signing the World Cup winner before adding that Valdes will say with Louis van Gaal’s side.
“I’ve been contacted by a series of individuals from Turkey to negotiate a move for Victor,” Carvajal told AS.
“But I haven’t spoken with the president of the Turkish club in question. I don’t know him. I have no plans to talk with them again as my player has no interest in a move to Antalyaspor.”
