Manchester United’s number one David De Gea is so adamant at moving to Real Madrid that he has even asked for a stripped down deal to convince their boss Rafael Benitez.
The 24-year-old has also made the move to speed up the process at Old Trafford. He is ready to hand in a written request to the management in the light of Van Gaal’s claims that he did not want to play for United.
The Spaniard has been excluded from the first team due to the growing uncertainty between him and Van Gaal. The Dutchman said that he will not be included in the starting XI until the matter is resolved.
Van Gaal has Sergio Ramos in mind as a transfer fee for De Gea’s return to his home land. If Sergio Ramos is not on the cards, the Red Devils are asking for £35m in exchange for their first choice goal keeper.
Los Blancos on the other hand are only willing to pay £20m as there is only one year left in the youngster’s contract at Old Trafford.
