Manchester City vs Bayern Munich live stream, match odds and preview from Etihad Stadium

Breaking Man City v Bayern live stream schedule, with match betting and latest odds from Champions Leagye tonight.

Manchester City will be out to keep their slim hopes of Champions league qualification alive when they welcome Bayern Munich to the Etihad stadium on Tuesday evening.

Manuel Pellegrini’s side are currently bottom of the ground having failed to win any of their games in this season’s competition. An opening day to Bayern has been followed up by back to back draws with Roma and CSKA Moscow before the club lost their second game of the European season when they went down at home to the Russian side last time out.

Champions League Offer – Enhanced odds

To say that City have underperformed on the European stage in recent season is an understatement especially with the club proving to be a constant force in the Premier League.

Midfielder Samir Nasri believes however the time has come for the club to show they can produce consistent performances against the elite teams, starting against the current German champions and league leaders.

“Let’s be honest, with the salary of every player and the level of those players, 90 per cent of the team is world class, then not to qualify from the first round of the Champions League would be a huge blow for the club – and for us as well,” the Frenchman said.

“The thing in the Champions League is not just the talent, it’s not being a team, it’s the experience as well.

“We need to show we are smart players and to use what happened in the last couple of years to improve. We still have a chance and we need to take it. Now is the moment.”

There will be a number of enforced changes for City with Yaya Toure and Fernandinho suspended and David Silva injured. Frank Lampard and Fernando are likely to start in midfield alongside James Milner.

Vincent Kompany is set to return however Edin Dzeko misses out with a calf strain.

Bayern meanwhile have already qualified for the last 16 after winning all four games to date. The club will be without Philipp Lahm (ankle), David Alaba, Thiago Alcantara and Javi Martinez (all knee) for the game however Germany captain Bastian Schweinsteiger could play after returning at the weekend.
