Everton Stoke Odds as Betfred announce Sunday free bets offer

Everton assistant manager Steve Round has revealed that star midfielder Jack Rodwell is fit and raring to go against Stoke City this weekend as Betfred announce a free bets offer on the games on Sunday.

The Toffees will be looking to make it three Premier League wins in a row on Sunday afternoon against a Stoke side that will be hoping to improve their form in the match immediately after a Europa League encounter.

As mentioned though, Everton are set to be boosted by the return of Rodwell who missed the victory at Bolton last weekend.

Referring to the England midfielder, Round revealed: “Jack’s training is really good at the moment. He is working really hard and has been doing extra sessions with me in the afternoons.”

“He is really looking the part and if he carries on going like he is then we will have an outstanding player on our hands. This season he has stepped it up a bit. Last season he had a bit of a dip but that is understandable – he is a young player.2

“He has the talent, the mental strength and the physical capabilities required. If he continues to develop and continues to strive towards being the best he can be then the sky is the limit.”

Rodwel is certainly expected to have a long and successful career in the game, although for now his focus will be facing Stoke City at Goodison Park on Sunday.

The Potters are a tough side to face of course with the likes of Rory Delap, Wilson Palacios and Salif Diao looking to give Rodwell a run for his money in midfield.

Tony Pulis’ men will be in excellent spirits after qualifying for the Europa League knock-out stages on Thursday too. A late Kenwyne Jones header gave them the point they needed against Dynamo Kiev.

As far as Premier League matters are concerned, they were pleased to end a four-game losing streak with a 3-1 win over Blackburn last weekend and would love to build on this against Everton.

These two teams are only separated by a single point ahead of this weekend, so it should be a very closely fought contest.

It gets underway at 3pm on Sunday afternoon.
