Strictly Come Dancing Odds as Betfred report all bets for Harry Judd

Ahead of this weekend’s Strictly Come Dancing semi-final, The One Show host Alex Jones has revealed how much pain she was in during her most recent performance as Betfred report a free bet offer as punters flood in on Harry Judd.

While practising for the weekend, Alex bruised her ribs while attempting to lift partner James Jordan and as a result spent two days going through painful treatment to get ready for her latest performance.

Betfred have announced a free £50 bet offer for Strictly Come Dancing this weekend! A free £50 on Holly Valance at 40/1 could net you £2000! Pick up your exclusive £50 free bet with Betfred here! Be quick – limited offer!

The Welsh presenter performed through the pain barrier though, something she revealed was extremely difficult.

She said: “It was absolute agony and I have been in a lot of pain. We tried to do a lift and I just felt a shooting pain in my back. I’ve been to the physio and they said I’ve badly bruised my ribs.”

“Afterwards I could barely walk. Even after all these weeks my body is still not completely used to some of the movements and they can be a real strain, but this is by far the worst injury I’ve had.”

Alex still managed to score 34 out of 40 though and avoid being voted off. Instead, Robbie Savage was the contestant to leave ahead of this weekend’s semi-final.

She will need to up her performance again on Saturday evening though with two contestants set to leave on Sunday’s results show. Many do expect her to be one of the two to leave, but when the public vote is involved, anything can happen.

One man who is definitely expected to receive enough public votes to make it to the final is Harry Judd. In fact, the McFly drummer has been tipped by former contestant Nancy Dell’Olio to win the show.

Looking ahead to the semi-final, she said: “I want all of them to win but I think Harry will win, and he deserves to win.”

There are plenty of contestants who will have something to say about that though as Harry, Alex, Chelsee Healy, Jason Donovan and Holly Valance battle it out for a place in the Strictly Come Dancing final.
