West Brom v Swansea 15:00 Sat
In what is one of several encounters between two teams in close proximity to one another on the league table this weekend, 14th placed Swansea City travel to 15th placed West Bromwich Albion with Skybet making the Swans a cracking opportunity for victory.
Brendan Rodgers’ side have been secure when playing at the Liberty Stadium, most recently holding Chelsea to a 1-1 draw during midweek.
However, the Swans haven’t been as successful away from home, losing their last two away matches in all competitions against Bolton and Sunderland.
West Brom aren’t in the best run of form either though, winning only one of their last six league games.
Roy Hodgson’s team have come up short in their attacking efforts this season and despite hanging onto the signature of Peter Odemwingie – who was being heavily linked with a January move away – the Baggies have the worst home attacking record in the Premier League.
When playing at the Hawthorns, West Brom have only scored an average of 0.73 goals this campaign and may find it as difficult as ever to penetrate a stern Swansea defence.
Ashley Williams, Neil Taylor and Angel Rangel have been just some of the key figures in the Welsh side’s defence this term and the loan signing of Chelsea starlet Josh McEachran will only shore up the defensive side of their midfield.
Both Premier League outfits will be hoping to build on midweek draws and find an edge against each other in what could prove to be a vital result in the search for a top half finish.
