Tottenham Fulham : Spurs heading for top four spot at White Hart Lane

Tottenham will be looking to confirm their place in the Premier League’s top four at the very least this weekend when they host London rivals Fulham on White Hart Lane, as Victor Chandler report a free bets offer on the game and make Spurs strong odds on favourites to claim all three pints.

In one of the stand out fixtures on the final day of the Premier League season, Tottenham know that three points would guarantee them 4th position, while it could see them climb up to 3rd if Arsenal slip up at West Brom.

Harry Redknapp’s priority will be making sure his team win the game though. Fourth position has been the aim for a while now and if Arsenal slip up, that is just an added bonus.

After all, with Newcastle hot on their tails, failure to beat Fulham this weekend could see Spurs slip to fifth, so there is plenty to play for on this final day.

With this in mind, Redknapp will be pleased with how his team have been performing in recent games. After a poor run of form – which saw Spurs win just once in nine Premier League games – they have now gone three games unbeaten, looking towards their best too.

The 2-0 win over Blackburn Rovers was important, the 4-1 win at Bolton was elegant and the 1-1 draw at Aston Villa – with ten men – was hard fought. Now, it is all about finishing an exciting campaign with a win.

As for Fulham, they will be relishing this final day. Martin Jol’s men have an excellent record against their London rivals this season and if this continues at White Hart Lane, they could climb as high as 7th if results go their way.

This is testament to the successful campaign they have had, sitting comfortably in the top ten after playing some excellent attacking football in recent months. In Clint Dempsey they have one of the best finishers in the league and they will be looking to push on even further next year.

It was Tottenham that emerged victorious when these two teams met earlier in the season and they will be favourites to complete the double. However, Fulham – who can afford to play with freedom – are a very dangerous team and could spoil the home team’s plans.

This should be a cracking contest.
