The Belgian international’s representative John Bico told the Daily Telegraph claims that his client has agree to sign for one of the trio and will decide who ate the beginning of next month.
It was thought Hazard would reveal his future destination after his final game for French club Lille on Sunday, in which he struck a hat trick, but no announcement was forthcoming.
United and City were thought to be the frontrunners for the 21-year-old’s signature although he admitted that Chelsea’s Champions League win over Bayern Munich “makes you hesitate”.
Reports have indicated that the Blues are now in pole position to sign the playmaker after their Premier League rivals balked at his £200,000-per-week wage demands.
However Rico insists the Manchester pair are still in the race and claims that he has brokered deals with all three clubs with the player set to decide before taking a short break.
“We are no longer in the negotiations stage. We have reached agreement with all parties.
“Eden has already said he wants it to be fixed before June 2.
“He will decide after the (Belgium) games against Montenegro and England then go on holiday with peace of mind.” He added.
“Eden is in the reflections stage and a decision will be taken quickly.
“Those who have come forward have a one-in-three chance.”
It’s rumoured that Hazard will cost £30 million to whoever he chooses to continue his fledgling career with having spent seven years at Lille since arriving as a teenager.
Making his debut in 2007 he’s gone on to make 192 appearances for the Ligue 1 side scoring 50 goals during his rise to global superstardom.
