The defending champions have made an unbeaten start to the campaign although despite not yet tasting defeat Antonio Conte’s men find themselves sitting in third place behind Napoli and Roma.

They face an improving Milan side that has lost just one since their surprise opening day defeat to Hellas Verona. The club currently sit 9th in the table however recording just two wins during that time.

The game is set to be a tale of two former team-mates with former Manchester City team-mates Carlos Tevez and Mario Balotelli set for contrasting evenings. Tevez, Juve’s top scorer with three goals is set to feature while Milan’s key man is suspended.

Elsewhere another tense battle is likely to take place at the Stadio Olympico where Lazio take on Fiorentina. The sides are currently in 6th and 5th place respectively are strong starts with both club’s playing out draws last weekend.

Fiorentina drew with Parma 2-2 last weekend and the improving yellow and blues will hope to build on their recent three game unbeaten run when they face bottom of the table Sassuolo. The newcomers also scored 2 goals last weekend in their draw with Lazio their second successive point after a run of four defeats in their first four games.

High flying Napoli will bid to keep their unbeaten league start to the season going and put the defeat to Arsenal in the Champions league behind them when they face 8th place Livorno while mid-table Torino will hope to put their derby defeat behind them when they take on struggling Sampdoria, who have yet to win this season.

Elsewhere Cagliari, who have drawn four games on the trot, will face fellow mid-table side Udinese with both clubs sitting on 7 points, Catania host Genoa while Bologna will hope to put their 5-0 defeat to Roma behind them when they face Verona.
