Hellas Verona will be aiming to move level on points with third place Juventus when they face Inter Milan on Saturday.

The youngster scored two goals last weekend, including the winner from the spot, as Verona beat Parma 3-2 for their third win on the trot.

Andrea Mandorlini will be hoping his side can continue their impressive run of form despite a daunting trip to the San Siro.

“We are very happy with our position in the table and we certainly didn’t expect it,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport.

“We just need to enjoy the moment because we are going above our expectations.

“We hope this will last long.”

Inter, already without Javier Zanetti (Achilles), Cristian Chivu (toe) and forward Diego Milito (thigh) will also be missing the suspended Samir Handanovic while Hugo Campagnaro is a doubt although midfielder Ricky Alvarez should return.

Verona meanwhile will make the trip to Milan without striker Daniele Ragatzu.

Saturday’s other game see’s struggling Sampdoria at home to Atalanta. Delio Rossi’s side secured their first win of the season last time out, scoring deep into injury time to secure a 2-1 win over Livorno.

The win moved Sampdoria up to 16th in the team and means they have picked up five points from their last five games and after a difficult start that has included games against Juventus, leaders Roma and Milan the club will be hoping to move up the table now.

They face another difficult task however they weekend with 7th place Atalanta looking for their fourth successive win.

Udinese, Chievo and Lazio have been put to the sword in recent weeks although Sampdoria will take heart from the fact that Atalanta have lost three of their four away games.
