The club showed their metal in recent weeks out as they bounced back from a surprise 1-0 defeat to Genoa with back to back wins over Empoli and Parma.
The Parma result was perhaps the most eye catching of the lot as the club racked up seven goals, including a stunning solo effort from veteran Carlos Tevez.
The goal was his 8th of the season and put him level at the top of the goal-scoring charts with Napoli forward Jose Callejon.
However this weekend they face a tough task against a Lazio side, 5th in the table and currently on a run of three straight home wins.
The club have lost once at the Stadio Olimpico all season with Udinese the only team to come away with all three points, and with just one defeat in their last 7 the represent a stern test for Allegri’s men.
Juve midfielder Claudio Marchisio has insisted however that the club won’t be underestimating the Rome outfit and are wary of the threat posed.
“Is the challenge of Olimpico a trap? Yes it’s true, and then after the international break it’s always very difficult, regardless of your opponents,” Marchisio told Il Messaggero.
“You never know how to return from international duty.
“It will be a tough away match, Lazio can hurt us. We will find ourselves in a tough environment, against a great team who are tough, competitive, well-trained and are doing very well.
“We aren’t just going on a trip, we want the three points.”
Juventus should have Andrea Pirlo and Angelo Ogbonna available after the duo sustained injuries during the international break however Kwadwo Asamoah and Patrice Evra will both miss out as they continue their recovery from recent knee and thigh issues.
Lazio will have Stefan Radu available for selection.
