Disabled fans can request companion seats by phoning dedicated hotlines; 400 wheelchair bays line Levels One and Five. The seating plan mirrors previous finals: east side for the team finishing higher in the table, west for the lower seed. A neutral buffer of 3,000 separates the blocs in the north stand. Fans must select colour-coordinated travel routes: red route for east, blue for west, easing congestion on Wembley Way.
Coach parking costs £70 per vehicle with advance booking, and car-share allocations in the Green car park are limited to 1,500 spaces. Turnstiles open three hours before kick-off, and bag sizes are limited to A4, with free bag-drop at Arena Square. Wembley prohibits pyro but allows handheld banners up to 2 metres so long as fire certification is provided.
